FBI Reform – End Political Weaponization

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been weaponized against the American people. The FBI has spied on political campaigns, fabricated evidence for FISA warrants, targeted parents at school board meetings as domestic terrorists, infiltrated churches and pro-life organizations, and maintained a double standard of justice that protects political allies while persecuting opponents. The FISA court has been systematically abused, with FBI agents submitting false and misleading applications to obtain surveillance warrants against American citizens. Whistleblowers who exposed these abuses have been retaliated against, while those responsible have faced no consequences. The FBI has lost the trust of a significant portion of the American people.

This includes: thorough FISA reform with criminal penalties for false applications, an end to the targeting of political opponents, parents, and religious organizations, full protection for whistleblowers, accountability for past abuses, and structural reforms to prevent the FBI from ever again being used as a political weapon against the American people.”
