Protect Biological Sex-Based Spaces

Biological males are being allowed to compete in women's sports, housed in women's prisons, and admitted to women's shelters and domestic violence facilities — with predictable and devastating consequences. Female athletes are losing scholarships and championship opportunities to biological males who have inherent physical advantages. Women in prisons have been assaulted by biological male inmates transferred to female facilities. Women fleeing domestic violence are being forced to share intimate spaces with biological males. This is not compassion — it is the erasure of women's rights, safety, and dignity. Title IX, which was designed to protect women's equal opportunities, is being reinterpreted to destroy the very protections it was meant to provide.

“We the People affirm that biological sex is binary and immutable, determined at conception, and not subject to change through subjective identity claims. We demand that biological males be banned from women's and girls' sports at all levels, from female prisons and detention facilities, and from women's shelters and domestic violence services. Sex-segregated spaces exist to protect women and girls, and that protection must be preserved.”
