Grassroots Resolution

Section 1. We DEMAND the enactment of mandatory photo voter identification plus documentary proof of United States citizenship for all voter registration and voting in New York State.

Section 2. We DEMAND the exclusive use of hand-marked paper ballots in all elections, with mandatory risk-limiting audits conducted publicly and with bipartisan observation, and strict chain-of-custody protocols for all ballots and election materials.

Section 3. We DEMAND a complete ban on all private, nonprofit, or billionaire funding of election offices, equipment, personnel, or operations — including but not limited to CTCL-style grants — and that all election administration be funded exclusively through public appropriation.

Section 4. We DEMAND full forensic audits wherever documented irregularities exist, with transparent public reporting of findings, and aggressive prosecution of all verified instances of voter fraud, illegal non-citizen voting, and election law violations.

Section 5. We DEMAND that New York withdraw from the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) and implement real-time voter roll maintenance using verified federal databases, including SSA death records, DHS immigration records, and USPS change-of-address data.

Section 1. We DEMAND the completion of the southern border wall and all necessary physical barriers, and we call upon the United States Congress and the President to formally declare the border incursion an invasion under Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution, thereby authorizing full military assistance to repel it.

Section 2. We DEMAND immediate large-scale deportation operations beginning with criminal illegal aliens and recent unlawful arrivals, the permanent end of catch-and-release policies, and the restoration of the Remain in Mexico policy.

Section 3. We DEMAND mandatory nationwide E-Verify for all employers, with severe civil and criminal penalties for non-compliance, and a surge in interior enforcement including workplace actions against employers who knowingly hire illegal labor.

Section 4. We DEMAND that all federal funding be withheld from any city, county, or state that refuses to cooperate with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or maintains sanctuary policies that obstruct federal immigration law.

Section 5. We call upon the [County Name] County Sheriff and all local law enforcement to fully cooperate with federal immigration authorities and to adopt a formal resolution affirming this cooperation.

Section 1. The [County Name] County Republican Committee gives its complete and enthusiastic support to President Donald J. Trump and the America First agenda, and strongly condemns all lawfare, political prosecutions, and weaponized legal proceedings against President Trump, his family, and his supporters as blatant election interference and an assault on the republic.

Section 2. We DEMAND the immediate release or the guarantee of fair and speedy trials for all January 6th defendants who have been held as political prisoners in violation of their constitutional rights, including the right to due process, speedy trial, and protection against cruel and unusual punishment.

Section 3. We DEMAND the immediate and full public release of all Capitol surveillance footage from January 6, 2021, all investigative files, and a full congressional investigation into the role of FBI informants, agents provocateurs, and any entrapment operations conducted against American citizens.

Section 1. We DEMAND full accountability and a complete leadership overhaul of the United States Secret Service for documented protection failures, with congressional investigation and criminal referrals where warranted.

Section 2. We DEMAND the reinstatement and aggressive use of Schedule F to reclassify and remove unaccountable federal bureaucrats in policy-making positions, and the removal of disloyal and politically weaponized figures in intelligence agencies, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies.

Section 3. We DEMAND comprehensive reform of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to eliminate political weaponization, ideological bias, and the targeting of American citizens for their political beliefs; and we demand meaningful reform of the FISA process to prevent surveillance abuse against U.S. citizens.

Section 4. We DEMAND the full declassification and public release of all remaining JFK assassination files, all COVID-19 origins intelligence, and all other suppressed government records; and we demand a full investigation — with criminal referrals — of officials responsible for COVID origins cover-ups, data manipulation, and censorship of dissenting scientists.

Section 1. We DEMAND the passage of a strong Parental Bill of Rights guaranteeing parents full transparency, informed consent, and opt-out rights over all curriculum, materials, programs, and activities involving their children — with all lesson plans, reading lists, and instructional materials posted online for public review.

Section 2. We DEMAND a complete ban in all New York public schools on: Critical Race Theory and the 1619 Project; gender ideology instruction, social gender transitioning of students, and the use of preferred pronouns without explicit written parental consent; and all materials, training programs, and influence from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in K-12 education and teacher professional development.

Section 3. We DEMAND the expansion of school choice in New York through Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), vouchers, tax-credit scholarships, and charter school authorization — empowering parents, not bureaucrats, to direct their children's education.

Section 4. We DEMAND the abolition of the federal Department of Education and the return of all education authority to states, localities, and families.

Section 1. We AFFIRM that biological sex is binary, immutable, and determined at conception, as recognized by science and natural law.

Section 2. We DEMAND legislation at the state and federal level to ban biological males from competing in female sports at all levels — scholastic, collegiate, and professional.

Section 3. We DEMAND the protection of single-sex spaces — including women's prisons, domestic violence shelters, locker rooms, and restrooms — from access by biological males, regardless of claimed gender identity.

Section 1. We AFFIRM the sanctity of innocent human life from conception and support the strongest possible pro-life protections under law, including heartbeat legislation and earlier gestational limits.

Section 2. We DEMAND the complete defunding of Planned Parenthood and any organization that performs or promotes elective abortions using taxpayer funds — at the federal, state, and local level.

Section 3. We call upon our community to support local pregnancy resource centers, adoption services, and ministries that provide compassionate alternatives to abortion.

Section 1. We DEMAND the passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment to the United States Constitution requiring the federal government to spend no more than it collects in revenue, except in times of declared war.

Section 2. We DEMAND congressional term limits of no more than three terms (six years) in the U.S. House of Representatives and two terms (twelve years) in the U.S. Senate.

Section 3. We DEMAND drastic cuts to foreign aid — particularly to nations hostile to American interests — and withdrawal of funding from international organizations misaligned with American sovereignty and values.

Section 4. We DEMAND a significant reduction in the size and scope of the federal bureaucracy, the elimination of redundant agencies and programs, and the redirection of savings to priorities that directly benefit American citizens.
